Cat Quotations

“As every cat owner knows, nobody owns a cat.”
Ellen Perry Berkeley

“Before a cat will condescend
To treat you as a trusted friend,
Some little token of esteem
Is needed, like a dish of cream.”

T.S. Eliot

Cats helped or re-homed in 2014

Home -> Cats re-homed -> 2014

Here are the stories of some of the cats we have helped.

January to March

Ditto

Ditto

Ditto is an intelligent little cat who loves human company and enjoys a good conversation. He is affectionate and loves a lap to sit on in the evening.

He is 2 years old, neutered and micro-chipped with all his shots up to date.

Ditto needs a home where he is the only cat. In his previous home, he was too bossy and aggressive with the other cats.

Ditto

He has lived with his owners since he was 12 weeks old and apart from being bossy, they did not report any other bad traits.

Ditto will definitely need a garden to roam around.

We are pleased find that some neighbours have decided to let Ditto make a home with them.

Lollipop

Lollipop

Lollipop is a healthy 11 year old black cat with lovely green eyes. She had been with her owner since she was a kitten and loved to boss about their 13 year old cocker spaniel.

She is an outdoor cat but knows how to use a litter tray.

She has an up to date veterinary record and the owners would be happy to contribute to vet bills or if that is not needed, will make a donation to the Cats Protection League.

Lollipop

We are looking for a new home for her as the owner's son, who is returning home for the foreseeable future, is extremely allergic to her.

Our vets have put us in touch with someone who is looking for a new cat. We wish Lollipop every happiness in her new home.

Zak and Garfield

Zak

Zak and Garfield are 8 month old kittens who need a new home, as their owner is not able to look after them due to illness.

As you can see from the pictures, they are full of life and get on well together.

The cats Zak and Garfield are currently back with the owner. If the owner is unable to look after them in the future, then we may adopt them.
